A tough evergreen for shady areas, forming an evergreen mat. Sometimes called 'Elephant Ears' due to the large flat leaves that give year round cover and interests. Suitable for almost any soil, in beds border or containers. Trim off any old flowers and winter damaged foliage in early spring. Please note, this perennial comes in a 2 litre pot. -
Veronica Gentianoides 'Tissington White' was introduced from Derbyshire in 1991. This form has large mid green leaves and the individual florets nearly twice the size of any other variety. It is very pale blue- almost white - with dark blue anthers and blue veining to the petals.Position: Full sun, partial shadeSoil: Almost any soil.Flowers: June, July, August (can flower earlier if grown in a greenhouse)Picture Image is showing when plant is in flower.Keep your flowers blooming longer with a bit of deadheading. Remove the flower stems of as the blooms begin to fade. The aloe vera plant is an easy, attractive succulent that makes for a great indoor companion. Aloe vera plants are useful, too, as the juice from their leaves can be used to relieve pain from scrapes and burns when applied topically.Aloe vera is a succulent plant species of the genus Aloe. The plant is stemless or very short-stemmed with thick, greenish, fleshy leaves that fan out from the plant’s central stem. The margin of the leaf is serrated with small teeth.
