** BULBS **'Tinka' is a small hybrid tulip; slender plants with pointed flowers grow 20-25cm tall. Outer tepals have a broad, strongly red triangle, covering most of the space, with narrow yellow borders. Inside the flowers are yellow with dark purple stamens. Mid to late Spring.Soil/Position: Tulips will grow in a wide range of soils provided there is good drainage. They like sunshine but the flowers will last longer in partial shade. Application: Ideal for beds and borders. Remove flower heads as they begin to fade. Avoid planting repeatedly in exactly the same location. Cultivation: Best lifted when the leaves fade. Clean and store until autumn when they can be replanted. Do not keep the small off-shoots as they will not flower.Expert's Tip: Display in groups. Protect newly planted bulbs from mice and squirrels. Bulbs grown from cultivated stock. Harmful if eaten/may cause skin allergy.

Beautiful evergreen self twining evergreen climbing plant.Has green leaves and fragrant white flowers which appear in Spring. Likes free-draining fertile or moderately fertile soil. It prefers neutral to alkaline soil conditions, but will grow in slightly acid soils too. Ideal place to plant is where you can enjoy its richly fragrant flowers, eg. beside a doorway or seating area. Sun or light shade is best, with shelter from cold, drying winds.
