Carex comans 'Bronze' is an interesting sedge with pale brown, hair like leaves. The leaves overspill and arch downwards towards the ground which creates a lovely 'fountain-like' effect. Wormwood Limelight is a bushy spreading perennial is a semi-evergreen plant which has beautiful deeply divided yellow and green leaves and is also commonly known as variegated mugwort. Providing a large exhibition of lovely foliage, this is an excellent border plant too. Calluna Disco also known as Calluna Vulgaris.Another type of Heather.Low growing, hardy evergreen perennial shrub which thrive in acidic soils in open sunny locations or partial shade. They are the dominant plants in most heathlands and moorlands in Europe with different varieties having flower colours ranging from white, through to pink, a wide range of purples and reds. There are two varieties - Calluna and Erica. Calluna has small scale-like leaves carried in opposite pairs, whereas Erica's foliage is more needle-like and borne in whorls. Both are brilliant for bringing a natural feel and splash of colour to your garden.Sold in a 1 litre pot. -

This is a handsome, slim conifer that is deservedly popular. Foliage is grey-green taking on distinctly stronger bluer tints in the winter months. Correctly sited it is useful with its tightly packed uniform foliage giving strong vertical but contained lines and it shouldn't reach more than 3m. Excellent for background planting, especially in the smaller garden where it can protect smaller shrubs from the worst of the weather.Adaptable to almost all soil types, but prefers humus-rich, slightly acidic, loamy or sandy, moist, well-drained soils.
