It can also be used as an Autumn top dressing on lawns.Vitax Garden Lime can be applied to acid soils on an annual basis after September and to normal soils every two to three years. The combined action of the fertiliser and a weedkiller provides the best of all worlds.The weedkiller kills-off most common lawn weeds and the high nitrogen fertiliser promotes rapid green-up of the lawn and encourages grass growth to cover any bare patches left by dead weeds.Green Up Feed & Weed should be diluted in a watering can and applied via the rose attachment or dribble bar. It can also be applied using a knapsack or other sprayer.For best results do not mow the lawn for three days before and one day after treatment. -
